標題[心得] 騎腳踏車溜狗的阿伯，狗狗快被你勒死了

剛剛我媽騎車經過秀朗國小週邊兩趟， 時間大概是7:50與8:50左右， 剛巧都遇到同一位阿伯騎著腳踏車溜狗， 狗狗是中大型狗，毛色漂亮有整理的感覺， 但是阿伯把狗綁在腳踏車的『後方』， 繩子又非常非常短！ 狗狗完全是被拖著小跑步的， 因為狗狗如果邁開步伐，雙手會擦撞到腳踏車的後輪， 所以狗狗一直都是小碎步疾走，阿伯腳踏車騎得很快， 造成狗狗一路上都是被半拖行的狀態， 剛剛我媽才跟我講這件事情， 我想上雙和板看看有沒有人能幫上忙， 如果你是那位阿伯的家人，或是剛好常常看到阿伯， 麻煩請告知阿伯一下，給狗狗繩子放長一點， 或是不要綁在腳踏車後方， 這樣子拖行狗狗的遛狗行為可能會傷害到狗狗的肉墊或是關節， 謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.185.67.69 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ShuangHe/M.1406900988.A.B54.html ※ drusilla:轉錄至看板 dog 08/01 21:55
